Services We Provide

Comprehensive assessment and therapy for children and adults, tailored to each person's unique needs and goals.

Speech-Language Therapy

Speech therapy helps people improve their communication skills: speech, language and swallowing abilities. It benefits individuals with a wide range of conditions, such as developmental delays, autism, stuttering, voice disorders and brain injuries. Therapy involves exercises, strategies and techniques to improve communication and promote functional independence, tailored to the unique needs of each person, from children to the elderly.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy works with people of all age groups and abilities to help them do everyday tasks they find meaningful: self-care like brushing, eating, bathing and dressing; work or school-related skills; social activities, hobbies and community participation. It begins with an evaluation of what matters to you, followed by a personalized intervention plan and outcome reviews, so you can participate in daily life as independently as possible.

Psychology & Behavioural Support

Our psychology services support children and adults through developmental, behavioural and emotional challenges. This includes developmental and psychological assessments, behaviour therapy, counselling for children and parents, and social-skills training. We work closely with families to understand each individual's strengths and needs, and build practical strategies that carry over into home, school and everyday life.

What We Help With

Speech-Language Therapy

Child language disorders affect how a child understands language and expresses themselves β€” vocabulary, sentence building, following instructions and holding conversations. They can appear as delayed first words, difficulty combining words, or trouble understanding what is said. Therapy begins with a detailed assessment of your child's strengths and needs, followed by a play-based, individualized plan that builds comprehension and expression step by step, with parents involved at every stage.

Stuttering is a fluency disorder in which the flow of speech is interrupted by repetitions of sounds or words, prolongations, or blocks where no sound comes out. It often begins in early childhood and can affect confidence in speaking situations. Therapy teaches fluency-shaping and stuttering-modification techniques, builds speaking confidence, and guides parents on how to support smooth, relaxed communication at home and school.

Articulation difficulties make speech sounds unclear β€” sounds may be substituted, left out or distorted (for example "wabbit" for "rabbit"), making the child hard to understand. Therapy identifies the specific sound errors, then works through structured, engaging practice from single sounds up to words, sentences and everyday conversation, so speech becomes clearer and easier for everyone to understand.

Adult language disorders such as aphasia and dysarthria usually follow a stroke, head injury or neurological condition. Aphasia affects the ability to understand and express language β€” speaking, comprehension, reading and writing β€” while dysarthria is a motor speech disorder in which weak or poorly coordinated speech muscles cause slurred or unclear speech. Therapy focuses on regaining language and speech clarity, teaching alternative communication strategies, and helping family members communicate effectively.

Occupational Therapy

Psychology & Behavioural

Tantrums, aggression, attention difficulties and other challenging behaviours often have identifiable triggers and patterns. Through structured behaviour therapy, we help children build self-regulation and positive behaviours, while equipping parents with consistent, practical strategies for home and school.

Standardized assessments help understand a child's developmental level, cognitive abilities, attention and social-emotional functioning. A clear assessment guides diagnosis, therapy planning and school support, and gives families a roadmap for the way forward.

We offer supportive counselling for children, adolescents, adults and parents, covering emotional difficulties, anxiety, school-related stress and parenting concerns. Family involvement is central to everything we do, so therapy gains carry over into daily life.
